Inside Sales Representative

The Position

The account executive position is responsible for successfully closing new clients by explaining the Mindmarker value proposition to inbound leads and gaining commitment to buy, primarily over the phone. Target clients will largely consist of medium to large sized businesses.

Job Description

  • Generate revenue selling training reinforcement solutions to the new and existing clients
  • Qualify leads and follow up to identify needs
  • Help develop and deliver sales presentations and close deals
  • Manage pilots or proof of concepts
  • Prepare Proposals
  • Work closely with internal teams CSM and Marketing
  • Attend and represent the company at industry conferences
  • Supports marketing efforts, sales of large projects/programs, teaming partnerships and client engagement activities to implement business development initiatives
  • Follow up on free trial and demo requests
  • Maintain and develop lead, contacts and opportunities in the CRM – Hubspot

Qualifications

  • Results-driven enterprise sales representative with experience in consultative selling, business development, and key account management.
  • Understanding of the various dynamics of the Training and Development space
  • Excellent consultative selling skills using both phone and in person
  • Detail oriented and self-sufficient
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
  • Positive and enthusiastic
  • Organized, disciplined, and willing to learn
  • Experienced with Hubspot CRM

Experience

Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in consultative selling.

Education

Reinforcement Specialist

The Position

You will be part of the implementation team to ensure a successful launch of the Learning Journey for clients. In addition, you will use our analytical tool to monitor the impact of the program on knowledge retention and behavior change and communicate with the client how the Learning Journey aligns with their defined goals.

Job Description

  • Analyzing client training materials to design Learning Journeys that include assessments, micro-learning, and reinforcement suited for mobile delivery
  • Conducting scoping calls with clients to define the reinforcement objectives that are used to create Learning Journeys
  • Designing the structure and timeline of Learning Journeys
    Writing messages/content for mobile Learning Journeys
  • Selecting media (audio, visual, interactive) from the client’s course materials that supports their objectives
  • Presenting and advising clients on the layout of Learning Journeys and measurement of their goals
  • Coordinating the process with clients during the design and implementation of Learning Journeys

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Instructional Design/Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in designing for mobile learning
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as Trainer/facilitator in corporate training (e-learning/ILT)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education/Training/Instructional Design Skills
  • Writing skills (focused on small messages suited for mobile devices)
  • Ability to analyze and deconstruct training content for instructor-led and e-learning courses
  • Ability to create content storylines within a training
  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent phone skills to conduct scoping calls and assist clients
  • Self-motivated
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and other Office software
  • Applied knowledge of industry standard data, studies, and models (Ebbinghaus, Kirkpatrick. Skinner, Fields, Robinson, etc.)

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Instructional Design/Education
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in designing for mobile learning
Minimum of 2 years of work experience as Trainer/facilitator in corporate training (e-learning/ILT)

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education/Training/Instructional Design Skills.
